Submission

Participants are invited to submit original research papers with a length of eight (8) to ten (10) pages or original position papers with a length of four (4) to five (5) pages. Papers must conform to the IEEE CS template.

IEEE PDF eXpress

Submissions must be in pdf format via EasyChair and also include all source files. Before submitting the camera-ready version to EasyChair, the paper must be checked to ensure IEEE Xplore compatibility. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function). Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress by clicking on its logo. The conference ID is MODRE11x. Further instructions are available on the IEEE PDF eXpress login page.

Finally, a copyright form must be completed to transfer copyright to IEEE. The unique article identifier is MODRE2011XXX where XXX is the number of your EasyChair submission.

Reviews

All submissions will be reviewed by at least three members of the program committee and the organizing committee for quality and relevance.

Publications

Accepted papers will become part of the workshop proceedings and published in the IEEE Digital Library. Failure to register to the workshop and present the paper will result in the removal of the paper from the proceedings; more specifically it will not appear in the IEEE Digital Library.

Workshop Attendance

The workshop is open to the public but priority will be given to authors of workshop papers. Non-authors are strongly advised to contact the workshop organizers to express their interest to attend the workshop.
