Use Case Maps for the Capture and Validation of Distributed Systems Requirements D. Amyot, L. Logrippo, R.J.A. Buhr, and T. Gray Abstract This paper presents how UCMs can be used to describe and validate distributed systems requirements. Telephony features are used as an example. UCMs allow the integration of features and the avoidance of undesirable interactions. Then, LOTOS is used for the validation of the requirements and the detection of some remaining interactions. Validation is done through functional testing.
